Exchange Eligibility
We gladly offer exchanges within 6 days of delivery in the following cases:

You received a damaged or defective product.

You received a different product or color than what you ordered (please note that a 10–15% color variation due to different screen settings is considered normal and is not eligible for exchange).
To process your request, please share an unboxing/opening video of the package.
All exchange requests are subject to a quality inspection once the product is received.

Products purchased during festive sales or special sale events are not eligible for exchange or return.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Customers are requested to bear the one-way courier charges for exchange.
